🤝 How You Can Serve
Long-Term Volunteer Opportunities
Live, learn, and serve in the ROHI community.
We’re praying for individuals and families to come for an extended season—six months or more—and join us in the day-to-day rhythms of life and ministry.
You might:
- Assist in classrooms or tutor students
- Lead devotions or support worship
- Help with administration or social media
- Serve in the nursery or with youth programs
- Use your trade skills (carpentry, cooking, technology, etc.)
Not Sure Where You Fit?
That’s okay. You don’t need to have it all figured out to start. If you have a willing heart, there’s a place for you at ROHI.
Whether you speak fluent Spanish—or none at all—you’ll be surrounded by patient teachers, playful kids, and a team that believes in you.

🌎 Visit Us & Bring a Team
Come serve together—build relationships and help ROHI grow.
We welcome teams for short-term mission trips throughout the year. Teams often focus on a specific project while building deep connection with our staff and students.
Common team focuses:
- Construction or campus improvements
- Medical/dental outreach
- VBS or youth discipleship
- Sports camps
- Community development
We’ll work with you to design a meaningful, well-supported experience for your group.

Fundraising – GET CREATIVE & HAVE FUN!
You can truly make a difference by launching your own fundraising campaign. Dedicate your birthday, garage sale, book sale, host a dinner party, partner with a local business, car wash, silent auction, hold a raffle, organize a bake sale, pie social, sporting event, bike/walk/run-a-thon, or come up with your own inspiring ideas.
