Why This Campus Matters
Right now, ROHI operates on rented property that is not a permanent, long-term solution for the growing needs of our students.
Each day, most of our children must cross a busy highway to get to and from school. For years, families have lived with the daily fear and uncertainty that comes with that reality.
The new ROHI campus changes that.
For the first time, ROHI will have a permanent home designed specifically for the children we serve — a place where safety, stability, education, meals, and hope exist side by side.
A Permanent Home for Hope
ROHI faithfully serves 180 students.
Education. Safety. Meals. Physical and Spiritual Care.
A permanent campus means:
- A secure, permanent home instead of rented land
- No dangerous highway crossings for students and staff
- Safe, enclosed play areas
- Space designed for learning and growth
- A foundation that will serve children for generations to come
- Welcome additional children in the years ahead
- Create space for vocational training, spiritual formation, and community programs
- Establish long-term stability for ROHI’s future
This is about safety, stewardship, and faithfulness to the children we serve.
Children Are Waiting
In the neighborhoods surrounding ROHI, families continue to ask if there is space for their children.
We wish we could say yes to every one of them.
But without a permanent campus, we cannot safely expand enrollment beyond 180 students.
The waiting list is not just a number.
It represents children who need safety.
Children who need education.
Children who need hope.
A permanent campus will allow us to serve the children in our care with greater safety and dignity — and, in time, welcome more.
Building Campaign Goal: $880,000
The ROHI Building Campaign is a three-phase project with an estimated total cost of $880,000, which includes:
- Land purchase
- Road access and infrastructure
- Classroom buildings
- Administrative and multi-use spaces
- Playground and outdoor areas
❤️ By God’s grace, ROHI has now raised the full $360,000 needed for Phase One of the new campus project which includes the land purchase, preparation, road, fencing, utilities and the first two buildings. ❤️
The remaining funds will be raised over approximately two years as construction proceeds in stages. (Details below)

Building in Stages with Faithful Stewardship
We are committed to being careful and wise stewards of the resources God provides. For that reason, the ROHI campus will be built intentionally in stages as funds become available.
Stage 1 – $360,000 goal (Funded❤️)
- Purchase of the land
- Permits and legal costs
- Preparation of the property, including road construction and fencing
- Construction of the multi-purpose building with kitchen
- Installation of utilities and parking
- Construction of nursery, preschool, and kindergarten classrooms
- All other classes will be held in the multi-purpose building during this stage
Stage 2 – $360,000 goal
- Construction of remaining classrooms
- Playground
- Administrative office
- Soccer field
Stage 3 – $150,000 goal
- Vocational Classrooms
- Library
- Clinic
- Landscaping
As the campus grows, we also dream of eventually adding technical classrooms, adult education classes, and expanded community services. Each step will be taken prayerfully, responsibly, and in alignment with the resources entrusted to us.
